At Dubai Running Coach, our custom plans are designed with one clear purpose: to help you hit a specific time at your chosen distance. No fluff. No guesswork. Just structured, progressive training built around your life and your goal.


These aren’t cookie-cutter downloads. They’re detailed training blueprints based on years of elite-level experience from a team of British athletes who’ve competed at the highest level—from national titles and international races to coaching podium finishers and age-group champions.


Each plan reflects the principles we lived and trained by at the top of the sport:
